Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in King, NC. This role involves providing high-quality care to patients in their homes while utilizing your expertise in OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase software. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and document findings using OASIS standards
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet individual patient needs
- Provide nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and health monitoring
- Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and excellent outcomes
- Educate patients and families on self-care and health management techniques
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in North Carolina
- Proficiency in OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase required
- 2 years of Home Health experience preferred
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
- Locals and travelers both accepted
