Trophy Brewing Company was founded in 2012 by a group of passionate Food and Beverage professionals with an interest in building the craft beer scene here in Raleigh. We take beer and food seriously.

At all of our restaurants, we take pride in every aspect of what we do. From diligently sourcing ingredients for our beer and spirits, to working with local farmers, we do our best to ensure we have the best local produce possible to showcase NC agriculture.

We are excited to start the search for our team to lead the kitchen at our new location in Five Points, opening at the end of this year!

We are seeking a motivated, responsible leader in the kitchen to work with our Executive Chef, BOH, and FOH team. Being a Role Model in the Kitchen

Food Cost Compliance

Recipe Development

Ordering

Staffing & Scheduling

Staff Training

Health Code Compliance

Attendance at Weekly Meetings

Preparation & Execution of Large Banquet Events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
