Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support our management team with data-driven insights, forecasting, and reporting. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates (with intern experience and analytical skills) or professionals with up to 3 years of experience who are looking to grow their careers in corporate finance, FP&A, or business analytics while gaining experience in real estate, public, private and philanthropic investing endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Collect and analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Build and maintain financial models to support business initiatives
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports for senior management
• Ensure data integrity across financial systems and reports
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate dashboards or visualizations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related role (internships included)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with AI and data visualization tools is a plus
• Familiarity with financial accounting systems
