We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Master Service Technician to join our team in Hendersonville, NC.Job DetailsSalary: From $36 to $42 per hourJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Hendersonville, NC 28792Position OverviewThe Certified and Master Certified Service Technician services and repairs vehicles by following all established standards and procedures. This role may include conducting pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles to ensure they meet customer expectations and quality standards.The ideal candidate has dealer-level or large facility automotive experience and holds certifications such as those from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). Excellent technical skills, a clean driving record, and the physical ability to perform hands-on work in a fast-paced environment are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose vehicle issues using experience, analysis, and testing methodsMaintain and improve technical knowledge through advanced trainingPerform vehicle service and repairs while maintaining cleanliness and safetyComplete required documentation accurately and ensure compliance with all regulationsAssist with maintaining the shop’s appearance, safety, and operational efficiencyFollow all company policies, safety procedures, and environmental regulationsParticipate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programsPerform additional duties as assigned to support team goalsWork HoursThis is a full-time position with standard dealership hours. Flexibility may be required based on business needs.

Job Requirement:Qualifications and RequirementsMaster Certified Technician with dealer-level or large facility experience preferredStrong automotive mechanical and electrical knowledgeHigh school diploma or GED requiredValid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving recordProfessional, dependable, and safety-orientedExcellent communication skills and ability to deliver outstanding customer serviceBasic computer and internet skillsProfessional appearance and strong work ethicAbility to read and comprehend technical instructionsPhysical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as necessary
