Pool Repair Technician

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with pool systems, including plumbing, electrical, filtration, and related components
- Perform high-quality pool repairs efficiently and thoroughly
- Ensure timely completion of repair projects and adherence to established schedules
- Maintain accurate service records and prepare detailed reports on completed work
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal safety regulations and company standards
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding repair needs, project timelines, and progress updates
- Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Lead and support a team of technicians to achieve project goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in pool repair or maintenance, including 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of pool plumbing, electrical systems, pumps, heaters, and filtration systems
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
