Residential Structural Engineer (2+ Years Experience)
Raleigh, NC | On-site | Full-time
Direct Hire Opportunity
Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
- Perform structural analysis and calculations using industry-standard software
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineers to develop efficient, high-quality designs
- Prepare technical drawings, reports, and construction specifications
- Conduct site visits to assess structures and recommend repairs or modifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Review and approve construction documents and plans
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- EI (EIT) certification required; PE license preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with clients, subcontractors, and inspectors
