Fulfillment Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our team at an e-commerce retail website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shipment of our products to ensure they are prepared in excellent condition for our customers. The successful candidate will be able to adhere to tight deadlines and quality control standards.

Responsibilities
Job Duties:

• Assemble and package products according to company standards and customer orders.
• Diligently inspect accuracy of packages prior to shipment to ensure quality control.
• Monitor fulfillment timelines and resolve any fulfillment-related issues or delays.
• Keep an accurate count of inventory and keep inventory stocked for efficient access.
• Float as needed within warehouse functions to support the team to fulfill orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines for handling hemp products.
• Occasional use of personal vehicle for company-related tasks

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to count accurately and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to sit, stand and focus for long periods of time.
• Gets along well with others and ability to follow directions.
• Positive work ethic with trustworthiness and a high level of integrity.

Requirements
At least 21 years old
Accept a background check to be performed
US Driver's License
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Minimum High School Degree
