Position Overview:

As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a critical role in elevating the visual brand of Ring & DuChateau Consulting Engineers. You will be responsible for creating compelling and visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message and showcase our expertise in the engineering industry. You will work closely with our marketing and communications team to develop creative materials for various marketing initiatives, including print and digital collateral, presentations, and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, proposals, and other print and digital collateral

- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create designs that align with the company's brand and messaging

- Utilize your strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout to create visually appealing and effective designs

- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new and innovative design techniques into projects

- Work closely with external vendors and printers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of materials

- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and interns

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

- Strong understanding of print and digital design principles

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

- Experience with proposal design and layout is a plus

- Knowledge of the engineering industry is a plus
