Landscape Enhancement Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor enhancement crews to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop new team members, preparing them for future leadership opportunities.
- Conduct employee reviews, including 90-day, annual, and promotion evaluations.
- Plan and execute daily operations, including creating crew schedules, assigning work, and ensuring crews have necessary resources.
- Arrive by 6:30 AM to lead daily operations and work two scheduled closing evenings per week.
- Maintain accurate enhancement schedules and coordinate materials and supplies for projects.
- Partner with Area Managers and Branch Management to exceed customer expectations.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and submit completion reports.
- Support enhancement sales by assisting with proposals and managing enhancement requests from prospective customers.
- Oversee the seasonal floriculture program, including creating design templates, preparing orders, and tracking inventory.
- Certify payroll hours, inspect tools and equipment, and maintain a clean, organized facility.
- Promote and uphold company values, including integrity, service, and excellence.

- Ability to perform physical requirements of the job, including bending, kneeling, extensive walking, navigating uneven terrain, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
