About the Opportunity
A growing leader in the cabinetry manufacturing industry is expanding into the dealership channel and seeking a motivated Business Development Sales Representative to spearhead growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial sales professional to build new relationships, expand into untapped regions, and help shape the company’s success in new markets.
You’ll work to present and sell the companies premier cabinetry products to Kitchen & Bath Dealers in your network. Ideal candidates have existing trusted relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Development & Market Expansion
Develop and execute a strategic plan to enter new geographic markets.
Identify, build, and maintain relationships with Kitchen & Bath dealers, kitchen designers, architects, and purchasing agents.
Sales Strategy & Growth
Create tailored sales strategies for diverse client types and project sizes.
Present compelling proposals that highlight value, quality, and long-term partnership potential.
Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting to align with company growth goals.
Industry Networking & Lead Generation
Leverage provided lead generation tools and market data to identify prospects.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings.
Product Expertise
Become a trusted expert on the company’s cabinetry products and customization options.
Deliver presentations and provide product training to clients.
Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
4+ years of sales experience in cabinetry. Candidates without Cabinetry experience will not qualify.
Proven success in business development and client relationship management in the Cabinetry space.
Experience working with small businesses, independent contractors; specifically existing connections in the K&B space.
Strong understanding of cabinetry or construction materials and processes.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel regularly.
