CDL-A Flatbed Driver Details

• Reliable pay you can count on. Top drivers earn up to $90,000 per year, with a $1,200 weekly minimum when running 1,800+ miles. Most drivers earn $1,400-$2,200 per week.
• Step in and start earning immediately. We offer a $1,500 signing bonus and an additional $1,100 orientation completion pay.
• Home weekends, every week. Run hard during the week and be home every weekend, giving you a rhythm that works for real life.
• Freight that keeps you earning. Enjoy 40% drop + hook and 40% of loads that don't require tarping, so more of your time is spent driving, not waiting.
• No flatbed experience? No problem. Start with one week of paid orientation in Birmingham, then spend a second week driving with a flatbed instructor. Earn $2,000 during your two-week onboarding while you build new skills.

Flatbed Truck Driver - Independent Contractors

• Lease Purchase: Step into ownership with support. Net $85,000-$120,000 per year earning 65% of revenue + 100% fuel surcharge, with weekly direct deposits, no trailer rentals, and lower fixed costs to help protect your cash flow.
• Owner Operator: Maximize revenue, keep control. Net $100,000-$150,000 per year earning 70% of revenue + 100% fuel surcharge, plus 100% detention pay, weekly settlements, and access to Boyd fuel and maintenance discounts.
