We are hiring a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in a fast-paced, growing organization. This role requires hands-on recruiting experience , strong communication skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism. Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting (job postings, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding)
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with NC labor requirements
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientation
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support compliance efforts (I-9s, personnel files, audits)
- Assist with HR reports, tracking, and internal communications
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy at all times
- Recruiting experience is REQUIRED
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
- Prior HR or administrative experience
- Familiarity with HRIS or APS systems

- Minimum of 35 years of Human Resources experience
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance

- Experience supervising or mentoring HR support staff preferred
- Competitive annual salary of $32,000$45,000 based on experience
