**Hiring Full-Time Leasing Consultant**
As a Monarch Leasing Consultantyou are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. PAY: $15.00 to $16.00 /HR + Up to $100 commission per rental!
Location: Fayetteville, NC
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 to 5 with Some Saturdays required!

What You Will be Doing:
- Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
- Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
- Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
- Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events
What You Need to Have:
- Strong computer skills
- 6 months' experience in multifamily or custom service field
- Skilled problem solving
- Excellent communication skills
- An unmatched dedication to customer service
- The drive to learn and get better everyday
