About the Role
As an Evening (PM) Server at Il Falo Wood Fired Kitchen, you will create memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering exceptional service and high-quality food presentation in a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding, attentive guest service from greeting to check presentation
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages while ensuring quality, presentation, and timeliness
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining room throughout service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality or food service experience preferred
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for guest interaction
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle guest feedback professionally
- Basic knowledge of POS systems (Micros preferred)
- Experience with OpenTable is a plus
- ServSafe certification is a plus
- Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
