Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist in Ahoskie, North Carolina. This outpatient position involves providing therapy services with a focus on adult and pediatric patients, including some acute care responsibilities. Job Details:

• Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: BLS certification, North Carolina occupational therapy license, outpatient adult and pediatric experience, minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• Setting: 90% outpatient, with some acute care responsibilities for adult and geriatric patients
• Outpatient Caseload: 70% adults (orthopedic, neurological, fine motor issues, etc.), 30% pediatrics
• Acute Care: Covers acute cases when outpatient volume is low or staff is unavailable; includes adult/geriatric patients
• Shift Hours: 8 hours per day
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40.0 hours
• Start Date: 08/24/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Float: No float rotation required
• Additional Information:
  • May need to be on call for acute strokes during holidays, primarily for acute care and morning hours
  • Provider must arrive at the facility within 30 minutes of receiving a call
  • Minimum call-back period is two hours
  • Call back rate: 1.50
  • Dress code: Navy scrubs with gray or white undershirt or khaki pants and navy polo shirt
