Warehouse Operations Operator 1
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing material transactions (receiving, shipping, transferring, counting)
- Generate reports from the ERP system as needed
- Reconcile discrepancies between perpetual inventory records and physical counts
- Conduct periodic cycle counts as directed by management
- Investigate anomalies found during daily activities or cycle counts
- Coordinate destruction of obsolete, excess, or unusable materials as directed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Experience Required
- 0–5 years
Skills & Certifications
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel)
- Strong math skills
- Forklift experience required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read/write English language documentation
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred
Eligibilities & qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 10-panel drug screening required
- Previous work experience with Excel/Microsoft Office required
- Must be eligible to work in the USA
