**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help protect people and property at the location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to observe for unusual conditions.
+ Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal procedures.
+ Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and on-site personnel to promote a secure and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and contractors in a tech, media, and telecom setting.
+ Remain alert to security-related risks and potential hazards specific to the technology, media, and telecom environment.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
