Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN to join a team of professionals delivering exceptional home health services in Charlotte, North Carolina, and its surrounding areas. This travel assignment offers a unique opportunity for an experienced nurse with a focus on home health care, providing patient-focused services in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Manage a caseload with an average of 6-7 units per day
• Complete an expected 2 admissions per day
• Deliver care including wound care, catheter management, and IV administration
• Adhere to infection control practices
• Utilize Homecare Homebase for charting and documentation
• Coordinate patient scheduling and manage travel between locations

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 1-year experience in Home Health
• Proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
• Ability to drive and perform duties at night
