Bookkeeper Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 to $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Will handle a wide range of accounting and administrative responsibilities, including payroll processing, tax filings, accounts payable/receivable, inventory control, and coordination with the CPA.
• Requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Process payroll for all company locations
• Prepare, file, and pay weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual taxes and required forms
• Provide financial data and documentation to our CPA for income tax filings
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Handle inventory transfers and maintain inventory control
• Complete daily administrative tasks as needed
• Print month-end and year-end reports (may require staying late approximately 12 times per year; schedule adjustments provided)
• Work within our custom-built internal system (training provided)
• Utilize QuickBooks as needed (experience preferred)

Bookkeeper Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience required
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and level-headed
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Certified bookkeeper= more $

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
