Receptionist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Receptionist to join our client and provide welcoming, professional front-desk support. This onsite temporary role in Wilmington, DE is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and ensuring smooth daily office operations. The Receptionist will play a key part in creating a positive experience for visitors and callers while supporting general administrative needs. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is essential for success in this position.
Compensation:
$23–$24/hr
Work Schedule:
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, 1-hour lunch break
Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
- Provide professional front-desk coverage and warmly greet all visitors
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Assist guests by coordinating access and escorting them to meeting spaces
- Support general administrative and office coordination tasks
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (fluent)
- Experience working in a professional office environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain a polished, welcoming demeanor
- Prior experience in a law firm preferred
