Job Description:
As a Front Load Driver at BCDA, LLC, you will be responsible for safely operating a front-loading truck to provide waste and recycling collection services to commercial customers. You’ll work closely with our dispatch and maintenance personnel to ensure efficient route execution and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Operate front load truck safely and efficiently in a variety of environments and traffic conditions
• Follow assigned routes and schedules accurately
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles and report maintenance issues
• Ensure containers are properly emptied and returned to serviceable condition
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delays, issues, or safety concerns
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and demeanor
• Comply with all DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a front load driver or similar commercial driving role
• Valid CDL Class B license with air brake endorsement
• Clean driving record and current DOT medical card
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
