Full-Time Reformer Pilates Instructor- 15 to Fit Method™ Pilates Studio
Job Summary
Are you passionate about helping others transform their bodies and minds through Pilates? At 15 to Fit Method™ , we’re growing — and we’re looking for a full-time Reformer Pilates Instructor who is ready to bring their energy, curiosity, and expertise to our high-performing team.
This role is designed for someone who loves teaching, thrives in a client-centered environment, and is eager to continue learning within an innovative and supportive studio culture. You’ll be guaranteed 30 hours of client appointments and/or classes per week , working with both clients and, at times, instructor trainees in our expanding education program.

Responsibilities and Duties
Instruction & Client Experience
- Deliver exceptional Reformer Pilates sessions tailored to individual client needs and goals.
- Foster a positive, motivating, and professional studio environment where clients feel seen, supported, and inspired.
- Demonstrate strong communication and observation skills to ensure safe and effective movement patterns.
- Educate clients on the 15 to Fit Method™ approach — blending technique, form, and fun to help them fall in love with fitness.
- Engage with clients before and after sessions to support retention and community connection.
Scheduling & Availability
- Guaranteed 30 hours of appointments and/or classes per week .
- Typical shifts include early morning through lunch or mid-morning through evening availability.
- Occasionally teach or assist with instructor trainee sessions, as applicable.
Professional Development
- Participate in team workshops, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities.
- Stay current with Pilates and movement science trends to enhance class quality and client outcomes.
- Learn and teach an innovative, new technique unique to 15 to Fit Method™.
Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with fellow instructors, studio management, and support staff to ensure smooth studio operations.
- Uphold studio standards of excellence, communication, and client care.
- Contribute to a culture of creativity, curiosity, and collaboration.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fully Reformer Pilates Certified through an accredited program (Balanced Body, Stott Pilates, Club Pilates, or equivalent private studio training).
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Reformer Pilates.
- Comprehensive Equipment Pilates certification and up-to-date NPCP Certificate strongly preferred.
- Intelligent, curious, and service-oriented with a passion for helping others thrive.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, expanding company.
Compensation and Benefits
- Full-time salary: $50,000–$68,000 (based on certifications and experience).
- Guaranteed 30 hours of client sessions or classes per week.
