What You’ll Do:
Receive calls from generous donors
Guide donors through the giving process with care
Accurately record donation and donor details
Provide outstanding follow-up and service (when needed)
Reach performance goals that open doors for growth
Requirements
What You’ll Need:
High school diploma or GED
6+ months remote OR 1+ year in-person customer service
Clear verbal communication and active listening
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Quiet, professional home workspace
Tech Requirements (To Start Work):
Windows 11 PC/laptop (8GB RAM minimum, 16GB preferred)
USB noise-canceling headset
Wired internet connection
No Chromebooks or Macs
Dual monitors recommended
