The North Carolina Courage, which plays in the National Women’s Soccer League, is seeking part-time, seasonal Merchandise Staff. This position will be selling and promoting merchandise to fans attending on game days as well as providing these patrons with outstanding customer service. Come join our team to be part of an exciting atmosphere on game days! KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Merchandise
- Assist with setup of merchandise areas at the stadium for efficiency and presentation.
- Sell and promote merchandise to fans throughout the game.
- Receive and act on complaints from guests. Contact a supervisor or manager if needed.
- Knows the layout of the stadium to direct guests.
- Knows weather and emergency protocols. Provides direction in a calm manner to fans in the event of an emergency (ex: lightning delays)
- Know and understand all North Carolina Courage policies and procedures relating to fan interaction and game days.
- All employees must practice safe work habits to ensure event production on game days is as efficient and safe as possible.
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule.
- Must be able to work at least 80% of home games for the NC Courage throughout the 2026 season.
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, fans, and other office staff.
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and interactions with fans to ensure they are maximizing their game day experience enjoyment.

The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 50 pounds or exerting heavy force, in a wide disparity or environmental conditions.
