**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
+ Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or potential threats.
+ Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and staff while maintaining a professional presence at all times.
+ Document observations, incidents, and/or activities as required by site-specific protocols and Allied Universal procedures.
+ Remain alert to changes in the environment and report any unusual conditions or activities to the appropriate personnel.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
+ Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
+ Be at least 21 years of age.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
