From helping to train new tellers, to handling escalations, and managing scheduling, this role gives you hands-on leadership experience.

Ensure the teller line runs smoothly, including opening, closing, and daily balancing
Engage members in conversation to understand needs and identify appropriate product referrals
Assist with account services, including account closures and resolving member concerns
Coordinate teller line scheduling and workflow
Process member transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and wires
Serve as primary Vault Custodian and manage daily cash operations
Support and train tellers, acting as a resource and first point of escalation
Take ownership and step up.
You naturally take initiative, solve problems as they arise, and don’t wait to be asked.
Lead by example.
You support your team, share knowledge, and create a positive, accountable environment on the teller line.
Stay calm and accurate under pressure.
You can manage multiple priorities in a busy setting while maintaining precision and compliance.

You listen well, build rapport quickly, and can identify what members need even when they’re not sure how to ask.
Balance service with results.
You provide excellent member service while also recognizing opportunities to recommend products that genuinely help.
Are highly reliable.
Your team and manager can count on you to follow through, stay organized, and keep things running smoothly.
At least 2 years of cash handling and customer service experience
At least 1 year of teller experience
Vault certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, member-facing environment
Ability to navigate Windows-based systems
