What You’ll Do

• Ensure the teller line runs smoothly, including opening, closing, and daily balancing

• Engage members in conversation to understand needs and identify appropriate product referrals

• Assist with account services, including account closures and resolving member concerns

• Coordinate teller line scheduling and workflow

• Process member transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and wires

• Serve as primary Vault Custodian and manage daily cash operations

• Support and train tellers, acting as a resource and first point of escalation

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of cash handling and customer service experience

• At least 1 year of teller experience

• Vault certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, member-facing environment

• Ability to navigate Windows-based systems
