Job Summary: Assists marketing leadership with the processing, development, and distribution of personalized and community-specific marketing materials. Assists the division with the marketing coordination of our communities, including full management of the MLS and website. Position is full-time, eligible for company benefits, and is located at the Charlotte division office in Charlotte, NC. The role is not remote and requires frequent visits to our model home communities located throughout Charlotte Metro Area and Hickory.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Organizes and processes work requests from New Home Consultants.
- Produces job requests and coordinates with corporate marketing on the development of the materials.
- Supports the inventory home marketing program by processing website updates, tracking completion dates, labeling photos to upload, uploading interactive floorplans, and reviewing pricing for accuracy.
- Manages, maintains, and audits the MLS content. Partners with accounting to update new inventory homes, entering the data (descriptions, floorplans, photos, etc.) accordingly.
- Organizes and prioritize changes to home listings status.
- Coordinates photoshoots and virtual tours with internal and external partners.
- Assist Sales Team in assessing marketing needs and helping to develop individual marketing plans including identification of new marketing venues and ideas to drive new traffic to their communities.
- Assists with the ordering of closing gifts.
- Plans monthly email marketing for the communities in collaboration with corporate marketing.
- Assists with social media content ideas for new home consultants and communities.
- Assists with the coordination and execution of realtor functions and community events.
- Assists in organizing new model/community grand openings events inclusive of coordinating catering, entertainment, etc.
- Coordinates new model sales center set up with Corporate/signage company.
- Assesses, orders, and maintains community and sales center signage.
- Verifies marketing invoices.
- Coordinates/updates all sales subscriptions/dues/awards with HBA.
- Purchases promotional items and distributes to sales team for special events.
- Assist with special projects as requested and perform additional duties as required.
Requirements
Job Specifications
Minimum Education Experience:
4-year degree in Marketing or related field preferred coupled with 2-4 years’ experience.
Skills and Abilities:

- Good negotiation and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented aptitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for high interaction with a variety of people inside and outside of organization
