Are you an experienced dentist looking for a rewarding full-time position that offers work-life balance? We are seeking a passionate Associate Dentist to join a majority fee-for-service private practice just outside the 485 loop- less than 15 miles from Uptown Charlotte!
Highlights:
- Work-Life Balance: Monday-Thursday schedule.
- Competitive Compensation: $200,000+ income potential with an initial daily minimum plus a percentage of collections with no lab deductions.

Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience or residency training.
- Skills: Proactive in treatment planning, advocating for patient needs, and experience with surgical extractions, molar endo, Invisalign, and/or implant placement is a plus, but not required.
