**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues or potential problems; implement solutions proactively.
- Develop and follow maintenance procedures, including preventative maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Assist in the installation, operation, and maintenance of building control systems.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and provide solutions effectively.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance equipment reliability and performance.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial and commercial maintenance techniques and procedures.
- Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, if necessary.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is a plus.
