As the Director of Scouting, Defense, you’ll be a vital part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team that supports student-athletes and staff across Duke Athletics. Be Bold. What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and evaluate defensive scouting efforts across assigned positions and units.

• Manage defensive recruiting portal activity and identify secondary-area prospects.

• Oversee nationwide offer tracking for assigned position players and manage recruiting logistics.

• Maintain the football recruiting database and support coaches with prospect insights.

• Monitor and evaluate the NCAA Transfer Portal for defensive talent opportunities.

Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $61,535.00 to USD $95,880.00.
