Role: Shift Leader - Five Guys High Point

Pay Potential: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

What You Will Do

As a Shift Lead, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift. Your responsibilities include:

• Excelling in all roles within the restaurant, from cashier to grill and prep.
• Overseeing shifts, including opening and closing the store.
• Ensuring food preparation standards are met, managing employee breaks and shift changes, and completing shift summary reports.
• Upholding company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds maintenance.
• Motivating, coaching, and assisting in training crew members on operational tasks.
• Ensuring food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Training to progress towards Assistant Manager or General Manager roles.

What You Bring to the Table

• Supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred
• Previous experience in the restaurant industry.
• Open availability during 11am-10pm, including weekends.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic business math, computer, and internet proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Adaptability in various situations.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods in hot or cold temperatures and lift supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
