Your Role: Logistics Coordinator

We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator for our Asheville, NC team - someone who thrives on organization, teamwork, and making things happen behind the scenes. If you enjoy fast-paced days, solving problems on the fly, coordinating deliveries, and being the go-to person crews rely on, this could be the perfect fit.

Position Overview
The Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in coordinating material deliveries, managing inventory, supporting project teams, and ensuring field crews have the tools and materials needed to keep projects running efficiently and on schedule.
The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical materials and tools, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment. Experience with KOJO construction inventory software is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track delivery of electrical materials, equipment, and tools to jobsites
- Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, and warehouse personnel
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with material ordering and transfers
- Monitor stock levels and help prevent project delays caused by material shortages
- Receive, verify, and organize incoming shipments
- Assist with tool tracking, jobsite distribution, and returns
- Support warehouse organization and logistics planning
- Utilize KOJO software for inventory management and procurement tracking when applicable
- Maintain clear communication regarding delivery schedules, shortages, and urgent field needs
- Ensure all materials and equipment are handled safely and efficiently
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must pass a mandatory drug screening
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must live in or near the Asheville, NC area
- Experience in electrical construction, supply, warehouse, or logistics operations
- Familiarity with electrical materials, conduit, wire, fittings, panels, and common tools/equipment
- Experience with KOJO software preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds +
- Work from ladders or scaffolds, and in overhead positions
- Perform tasks requiring repetitive reaching, squatting, kneeling, crouching, and bending
- Work in all climate conditions, including heat and cold
- Maintain good balance, coordination, and stamina to perform physically demanding labor
