Role: Automation Test Lead

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:

• Lead large scale implementation in TOSCA test automation and providing guidance to the team
• Work closely under the guidance of Test Manager and has strong experience/knowledge in automation testing frameworks and 3rd party tools for TOSCA
• Evaluates systems and/or applications and determines candidates for test automation to accommodate a variety of SAP GUI, Web-based Fiori, client-server, and mobile applications
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Development/ Continuous Testing practices by creating and executing scripts, defect triage and as well as reporting results
• Design test data management through automation for test data creation and maintenance through implementation of different strategies in the framework/accelerator to accommodate different test data creation needs to serve a variety of functional test
• Accomplishes high test case automation coverage by running an active test case candidate review program
• Keeping up to date with the industry standards and direction and be capable of doing POCs to implement new changes in accordance with industry
• Hands on experience with Tosca Dex administration/configuration/customization/upgrade activities
• Proficient in 1+ programming languages (C#/.Net, Java, and familiar with API automation
• Experience with Test/Devops management/analysis tools (qTest Manager, HP ALM, ADO, Rally, LiveCompare etc)
• Exhibits critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in hybrid/agile methodologies
• Having strong communication skills and being able to collaborate with multiple partners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
• Tosca Certifications AS1, AS2, TDS1/TDS2, TA1 and Auto Specialist for SAP, DI (good to have)
