What You’ll Do
- Design, prototype, and validate engineering solutions through feasibility testing and implementation.
- Create and refine engineering standards and detailed specifications.
- Analyze performance data to detect patterns and guide design and reliability improvements.
- Author test procedures from product requirements and execute verification activities.
- Maintain requirements traceability and verification across the project lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot cross‑discipline issues and optimize system performance with partner teams.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies and regulations.
- Engage in ongoing training and capability development.
What You Bring
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent) and 3–5 years of experience in systems or controls engineering; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of working independently while offering technical guidance.
- Preferred: Master’s degree; experience with systems engineering methodologies and lifecycle management; familiarity with advanced data analysis tools; prior work on global, cross‑functional teams.
