Qualifications:

• Previous Sales Experience: 1+ years of experience in door-to-door sales or customer-facing roles preferred, but NOT REQUIRED.

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to engage with a diverse customer base.

• Goal-Oriented: Driven by performance-based targets and eager to exceed goals.

• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision, while maintaining a strong work ethic.

• Problem Solving: Ability to address and overcome customer objections with creative and effective solutions.

• Adaptability: Comfortable with changing sales strategies and new product offerings.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, and manage door-to-door outreach in various weather conditions.
