What You'll Do

As a Landscape Construction Project Manager, you'll oversee commercial and high-end residential landscape installation projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage multiple landscape construction projects simultaneously
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout each project
• Schedule work to maximize efficiency and profitability
• Monitor budgets, production, and job costs
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality workmanship and safety
• Collaborate with designers, estimators, vendors, and operations staff
• Solve field challenges quickly while maintaining exceptional customer service
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to Freeman Landscape's high standards

Every day is different. You'll spend time in the office planning projects, in the field working with crews and clients, and collaborating with one of the strongest teams in the industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of horticulture or landscape construction experience
• Minimum 2 years of management or project management experience
• Working knowledge of irrigation systems
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and field personnel

Work Conditions

• Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and small engine equipment
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly throughout an entire work shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Requires good manual dexterity
• Excellent stamina required
• Work near heavy equipment and vehicles on a regular basis
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold
