What you bringAssociates Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying - CST Level I or II (Office) certification preferred.
3+ years of Surveying experience in preparing survey-related deliverables and project management in Construction, Boundaries, and Topographic Surveys.
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, with Autodesk Civil 3D (v. 2020-2024) and Carlson Software preferred.
- Proficient in use of Microstation and OpenRoads is a plus.
- Must have boundary and right of way resolution experience.
- Knowledge of surveying practices and procedures (Field & Office).
- Ability to work 700AM - 530PM Mon-Thursday. 700AM - 1130AM Friday with occasional overtime.
- Ability to read and interpret plats deeds, easements and plans.
- Must be able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- A valid driver’s license is required.

- Ability to work in an environment that may contain venomous snakes and insects such as ticks, red bugs, wasps, bees, hornets, yellow jackets, etc.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in a wide range of temperatures.
- Ability to climb hills and walk long distances.
- Ability to traverse different types of terrain.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs.
- Ability to interact both verbally and written

Schedule:
On-site: Monday–Thursday 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Friday 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.
