💼 What You’ll Do:

• Lead the financial turnaround process, implementing improved systems and controls
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for complex funding streams
• Ensure compliance with grant and government funding requirements
• Partner closely with the executive team and board on financial strategy
• Mentor and develop a small, dedicated finance team

📌 What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in a senior finance role in a non-profit or governmental setting
• Strong experience with fund accounting and grant compliance
• CPA or Master’s in Accounting/Public Admin a plus
• Hands-on, solutions-focused leadership style
• Prior turnaround or systems improvement experience strongly preferred
