What You’ll Do
You’ll be the first point of contact for families, guiding them through their permanent benefits program with care and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:
- Explaining benefit options clearly and effectively over Zoom
- Ensuring accurate and compliant documentation
- Maintaining long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up
- Working collaboratively with team members to improve efficiency and service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- High school diploma or equivalent (post‑secondary an asset)
- 1+ year of experience in customer support, administration, or client‑facing roles preferred
