W.C. Rouse and Son, Inc., is currently seeking candidates for Junior Estimator to provide expert service to our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review of bid services and other bid list for relevant opportunities (daily)
• Review plans and specifications for relevant equipment and services (daily)
• Developing proposals based on take-offs or salesman and customer requests for Equipment and Service Jobs
• Smaller Proposals such as: Small boiler rooms (<50HP), Condensing boilers, Commercial water heaters, Service proposals for sales and service group

• Supporting and nurturing relationships with equipment manufacturers and component vendors
• Continuing education in relevant technologies
• Coordinate with and provide estimating support to all offices and remote sales representatives
• Preparing As-Equal Request, for engineer approval (in coordination with Sales Rep)
• Salesforce

o Create Opportunities in Salesforce and Folders in company cloud o Create and manage “pre-quote” funnel, maintaining your bid list o Update and enter required data in Salesforce, upon quote preparation

• SAMPRO (in coordination with Sales Rep)

o Enter new Equipment Jobs o Setting up Preventive Maintenance Agreements

• Project Management Assistances (in coordination with Project Manager)

o Support Project Manager as needed with Job Setup, Purchase Order Generation

• Maintaining relevant opportunity and job information in cloud-based file storage solution and in

company CRM o Upon winning an opportunity, setup relevant follow-up opportunities for the customer o Enter equipment information into CRM and ERP software

• Exemplify company Core Values and Purpose to other employees and customers

Qualification requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or equal industry related experience
• 0-3 Years Experience estimating experience
• Strong Experience with Microsoft Office Products and Salesforce CRM a plus
• Desire to succeed and be a part of our family, especially long term
• “Customer-first” attitude

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting or standing for long periods of time
