Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist to support our client’s medical facility based in Ahoskie NC 27910 . This is a 5+ month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Name : Phlebotomy - Phlebotomist II

Location: Ahoskie NC 27910

Duration: 5+ months + Contract (Possibilities of extension)

Shift: Day/EST Hours: M/TH 8 Am – 6 Pm, T/W 8 Am – 5 Pm, F 8 Am – 1 Pm

Pay rate: $19.90 – 21.35 $/hr. on w2/Pay Rate is based on experience and educational qualifications.

Responsibilities:

Performs blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique from patients of all age groups

Performs specimen processing and EKG in a safe, accurate, and professional manner.

Performs order entry; retrieves and verifies patient collection data and patient special notations using appropriate sources.

Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Pediatrics Phlebotomy experienced preferred

Minimum of 3 Years of phlebotomy experience required
