3rd Shift Product Imaging/Scanning clerk needs 3 years
3rd Shift Product Imaging/Scanning requires:
- Mailroom
- Scanning
- Imaging
- Working with documents
- Office machinery
- Opex Falcon scanner
- Scanning equipment
- 10p-630a or until completion
3rd Shift Product Imaging/Scanning duties:
- Use Falcon machine scanning processed work , by viewing the accuracy of the work.
- Document Preparation: Preparing paper records by removing staples, paper clips, and straightening pages for scanning.
- Scanning Operations: Operating high-speed, networked scanners to convert documents like invoices, records, and contracts into PDFs or images.
- Quality Control: Reviewing digital images for clarity, accuracy, orientation, and legibility, ensuring they are free from defects.
- Indexing and Data Entry: Naming, indexing, and organizing files within document management systems for easy retrieval.
- Maintenance and Safety: Performing basic maintenance on scanning equipment and adhering to confidentiality and security protocols.
