Location:Home base is Raleigh, NC. – Extensive Southeast Region travel is required approximately 80% of the time.
Schedule: Full-time, flexible schedule with 80% travel in the field
Salary: $60,000 – $75,000

As a Field Training Manager, you’ll take our training philosophy on the road, working directly in our restaurants to coach, validate, and strengthen performance. You’ll be a partner to operators, a resource for our teams, and a steward of our standards.

Who You Are
You’re a hands-on trainer who can speak the language of operators in full-service restaurants with scratch-made kitchens. You know that building capability isn’t about PowerPoints, it’s about presence, coaching, and accountability. You’re the kind of leader who walks into a store and immediately sees what needs attention, who connects quickly with GMs and hourly team members alike, and who thrives on helping people get better every day.
What You’ll Do
Coach in the Field: Travel to restaurants across our brands to observe, support, and coach on-the-job performance (80% of the time).
Drive Operational Training: Ensure consistent delivery, accountability, and validation of hourly and management training.
Close Gaps: Identify deficiencies in training execution and work side-by-side with operators to fix them.
Elevate the MIT Program: Partner with host managers and check in on MIT progress to ensure development stays on track.
Develop In-Store Trainers: Develop and certify in-store trainers to ensure consistent and scalable training delivery.
Support NSOs: Assist with training execution during New Store Openings, helping teams ramp up quickly and confidently.
Strengthen Systems: Audit training checklists, tools, and platforms to make sure stores are using what we’ve built.
Champion a Training Culture: Inspire a culture of daily development by modeling coaching in the moment, celebrating trainer impact, and reinforcing guest-focused learning.

What You’ll Bring
3+ years of full-service restaurant operations experience, ideally with a scratch-made kitchen
Strong working knowledge of front-of-house and back-of-house operations
Willingness to travel 80% of the time with a valid driver’s license
A coach’s mindset with a leader’s presence
Comfort with travel and a flexible schedule to meet field needs
Experience supporting MIT programs, NSOs, or multi-unit training rollouts
Bonus: Bilingual in Spanish and English
