Boar’s Head Driver & In-Store Merchandiser Appalachian Premium Provisions– Cornelius NC
Full-Time | No Weekends | Early Morning Start (4:30 AM)
Appalachian Premium Provisions, a steadily growing family‑owned distributor of Boar’s Head products, is looking for a dependable Driver & Merchandiser to join our team. If you enjoy working independently but thrive in a small team environment, take pride in a clean and organized workspace, and like starting your day early, this role might be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Start each morning at 4:30 AM loading your route at our warehouse
- Drive a box truck (CDL not required) to grocery stores across Western North Carolina — including Lincolnton, Shelby, Statesville, Hickory, and Boone
- Professionally check in orders with store personnel
- Stock, rotate, and merchandise Boar’s Head products to company standards
- Maintain a clean work area in each store and inside your truck
- Work closely with a small team (2–3 people) to complete daily routes efficiently
- Log in‑store activities using a smartphone
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable driving a box truck
- Clean driver’s license (CDL not required)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Team‑oriented mindset — we succeed together
- Ability to lift, stock, and rotate refrigerated products
- Must have a smartphone for route and merchandising documentation
