Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support to clients, assist with inquiries, and ensure a positive experience throughout each interaction. This role involves communication, problem-solving, and maintaining organized records.
This position is fully on-site applicants must live in or near Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with questions, service needs, and general inquiries.

• Provide accurate information and ensure a positive experience for each client.

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve concerns and service requests.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.

• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and data entry.

• Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and in person.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
