Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic with 5+ years of experience , preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure efficient operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Diagnose equipment issues using testing and measuring tools.
- Repair or replace motors, belts, conveyors, hydraulic presses, and spot welders.
- Troubleshoot PLCs and automation equipment.
- Install and run 240V electrical conduit.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Adjust and calibrate machinery for optimal performance.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work overtime, occasional Saturdays, and respond to emergency call-ins as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting, electrical panels, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and automation.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Industrial Maintenance degree or certificate is a plus.
- Must provide your own basic mechanic tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
