• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
• Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes
• Treat conditions including (but not limited to):
  • Pelvic pain and dysfunction
  • Urinary and fecal incontinence
  • Pelvic organ prolapse
  • Pregnancy and postpartum conditions
  • Post‑surgical pelvic rehabilitation

Required: 

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care

Preferred :

• Pelvic Health training or coursework (e.g., Herman & Wallace, APTA Pelvic Health)
• Experience treating pelvic floor conditions in an outpatient setting

About

Compensation : $77,000 - $96,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
