Direct Hire, General Manager
Base Salary: $50k - $60k/annually
Commission Structure: $1k - $3k+ monthly, depending on sales
Needs to be available to work Tuesdays - Saturdays, with Sunday and Mondays off
Previous experience in a med spa is necessary, or other direct industry experience
Position Overview:
As a General Manager (GM) you are responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the business, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a broad skill set because a GM is involved in various aspects of the business, including strategy, operations, finance, sales, marketing, and most importantly leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Primary areas of focus will include keeping a positive environment, creating an above standard client experience, limiting costs and increasing sales, enforcing policies, providing support for each role within the locations.
- Help clients reach their body transformation goals, while creating an excellent customer experience. In addition, it is our responsibility to help employees grow and thrive within our company.
- Manage people effectively, and make strategic decisions that drive the business forward.
- Leading a department and the organization’s budget. This includes tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and finding ways to reduce waste while maintaining quality.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders—employees, senior leadership, customers, and vendors—both verbally and in writing.
- Streamline operations, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve workflows to increase productivity and profitability.
- Maintain a customer-centric mindset and ensure that the company’s products or services meet customer needs. This includes developing strategies to improve customer service and handling customer complaints effectively.
- Ensuring that products or services meet quality standards and customer expectations is a key part of day-to-day operations.
