**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet guests as they arrive and provide them with menus.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system.
- Deliver orders to guests promptly and ensure all items meet quality standards.
- Address guest inquiries and provide relevant information about the menu.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner.
- Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt service and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure the dining area is clean and well-maintained throughout service.
- Process payments and ensure correct billing for all orders.
- Maintain a solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
