We’re Hiring an Assistant Property Manager for our Beaver Creek Apartments and Townhomes in Apex, NC (254 units)!
Palms Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of one of our thriving apartment communities. What You'll Do:
- Assist the property manager in the critical areas of leasing, collections, resident services, revenue growth, and compliance with legal and company policy
- Contribute to revenue growth by brainstorming ways to set community apart
- Execute marketing activities using social media and creative community promotions
- Lead by example to prioritize the highest customer service to promote resident retention
- Set resident expectations early regarding prompt payment of all balances owed
- Commit to minimize delinquent rent
- Participate in company-wide training programs to stay compliant with real estate law and develop professional skills
- Collaborate with maintenance team to help achieve property-wide goals
Step in to manage the property in the Manager’s absence.
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years of property management experience required.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize work effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Successful track record of assisting in the collection of delinquent rent
- Focus on providing outstanding customer service to our new and current residents
- Property management designation such as CAM, CAPS, NALP/CALP preferred.
- YARDI and LRO experience a plus
- Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed.
- Bilingual a plus
